Cancellation Policy
To ensure everyone has the opportunity to book appointments, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. When given sufficient notice, I can usually find someone eager to fill the spot.
Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours)
If you need to cancel and it's within the 24-hour window, you are welcome to send someone in your place to avoid the cancellation fee. If you don't have anyone to take your appointment, please inform me as soon as possible. If I can find someone to fill the spot, there will be no charge. I always do my best to accommodate last-minute changes, but if I’m unable to find a replacement, the full appointment fee will apply.
No-Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.
Payment for No-Show or Late Cancellations Fees
No-show or late cancellations fees must be settled within 48 hours. If the fees are not paid within this time frame, future appointments will be cancelled and no new appointments will be scheduled.

Waitlist/Cancellation List​
My waitlist is available through the booking portal, where you can add or modify your preferences.
When a cancellation arises, you will receive an email detailing the date, time and duration of the available treatment. You can then schedule the appointment through the booking portal on a first-come, first serve basis. If you don't see any availability, it likely means the appointment has already been taken.
For short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours), updates will be posted on my Facebook page. If you'd like to be notified about these last-minute openings, be sure to like and following my page.

Be sure to check your with your insurance provider to find out how much coverage you have and if a doctors note is required . Please bring an alternative method of payment if you do not have 100% coverage.

30 Minute Massage Treatment
A great choice if you have a specific area of concern.
$74.34 + HST = $84.00
45 Minute Massage Treatment
The perfect choice if you are looking for a bit of relaxation while focusing on a specific trouble area.
$97.35 + HST = $110.00
60 Minute Massage Treatment
The most popular treatment. The 60 minutes gives you time for a relaxing whole body treatment or a combination of relaxation and therapeutic work.
$119.47 + HST = $135.00
75 Minute Massage Treatment
A 75 minute session is a great option if you are looking for a mixture of relaxation and a therapeutic focus.
$146.90 + HST = $166.00
90 Minute Massage Treatment
The ultimate relaxation treatment. The 90 minutes provides time for a whole body treatment while also allowing for work on specific areas of concern.
$173.45 + HST = $196.00
45 Minute Indie Head Massage
Indie Head Massage is an invigorating yet soothing massage to the chest, neck, face and scalp. Warm oil will be poured in your hair, please be mindful of this when booking.
$119.47 + HST = $135.00
60 Minute Hot Stone Massage
This is a full body relaxation treatment. Heated basalt stones are used in place of hands during this treatment. The soothing heat combined with the benefits of massage leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and restored. Please note - this is not a deep tissue treatment.

120 Minute Massage Treatment
This session is a great option if you have a number areas that need focused attention but also apprecipate the benefits of the whole body treatment. *Please note - this is reserved for those that are looking for a whole body massage therapy treatment

Alison Culham, RMT
Alison Culham graduated with Honours from Georgian College of Applied Arts and Technology in June 2008, and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She received the Rotary Club of Barrie Massage Therapy Award during her studies at Georgian College.
Alison designs treatments based on every clients individual goals. She incorporates deep tissue work, relaxing Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy and more. She has clinical experience with geriatric, sports, pregnancy, infant and arthritis massage. She treats patients with many kinds of conditions including the following: sciatica, low-back pain, fibromyalgia, headaches, neck, back and shoulder pain.
